NRFA is desirous to partner with qualifying companies and entities to distribute Road Toll Cards, Electronic Road Toll Value, E-Tags and Ancillary Services. The partnership is governed by the existing road tolling legal framework and standard toll distributorship contracts.

Objectives of the service
- Provide road users with faster, convenient and secure platforms for toll payment.
- Enable bulk purchase of tolls at a discount by strategic partners.
- Top up road users' E-toll accounts electronically.
- Increase E-toll account top-up service availability nationwide.
Expected system operations
- Access to an online NRFA Electronic Toll Collection System.
- Capability to establish, oversee and finance distributor accounts.
- Ability to generate diverse reports from the ETC System.
- Authority to add or block users and modify login information.
Scope of the services
NRFA invites potentially qualified companies for a possible partnership as Bulk Toll Service Distributors. Expectations include:

- Service support for resolution of queries
